Attitudes to Singledom

Recently, my attitude towards being single has gotten out of hand. I’m finding being single difficult and need to stop feeling down about being on my own. So, I need to shift “Oh my god, I’m single and might be forever” to a more positive outlook. I must remember how great it felt to be newly single at the age of 21 a few years ago. At 23, single life is absolutely fine.

The benefits:

  • I can do what I like, when I like, with whomever I like
  • I can go out and come home at whatever time I like and not feel guilty
  • I could not come home…
  • My career is off to a flying start without the distractions of a boyfriend

So here’s to a brilliant Single Summer, filled with lots of fun.
