I thought I knew exactly what I was looking for: a man a few years older than me, forging a good career like me, ambitious, intelligent, attractive, sociable, funny and great in bed.  And then I met a guy who didn’t tick all those boxes…

Over the past three months, my boyfriend and I have been blissfully happy despite our differences.   Mutual friends were surprised when we got together but we laugh throughout the weekends we spend together, and every time we see each other we have fabulous sex and so much fun.

I don’t know if it will be forever but for now, it’s perfect.  And what he’s shown me is that a kind, funny man is so much more than a “good-on-paper” guy.
